老塔酒庄属于一家联合社酒庄，1959年在布利亚大区萨伦托小产区有50户庄园农民有了同一个梦想和希望，他们用在当地最出名的老塔为称号注册了老塔酒庄，同时把各自的庄园联合在一起种植、收获、酿制，从此挽救了很多小庄园，今天从当时的50户农庄变为1240户，成了布利亚地区第一大酒庄。对于他们来说最重要的一件事，酿酒是为了让人们能够喝到纯真的葡萄酒，他们尊重古老的酿制方式，珍爱葡萄庄园，珍惜劳动成果。
Vecchiatorre Vineyard is a cooperative winery. In 1959, 50 farmers families in Salento small production area had the same dream and hope. They created Vecchiatorre Vineyard using the name of the most famous old tower in the area. At the same time, they planted, harvested and brewed their respective vineyards together, which saved many small producers. Today, the cooperative has gone from 50 farms at that time to 1240 and has become the largest winery in Puglia region. They produce nearly 130,000 tons of grapes and 2.5 million bottles of wine each year. For them, the most important thing is to make original wines so that people can drink pure wine. Red wines are their main production. The main grape varieties are Negroamaro, Primitivo, Malvasia nera and Syrah. The best feature of Vecchiatorre Vineyard is that they produce locally the best quality wines at a low price so that even common people can enjoy fine wines every day.
