The global epidemic has expanded to 214 countries. In order to assist in fighting against the epidemic, Silk Road Cities Alliance unites Shandong Shengquan Group donated 100,000 disposable masks and 5,000 KN95 masks to Pakistan, Malaysia, and Italy respectively. The total value is about RMB 1.8 million. The donated masks are all biomass graphene masks produced with independent patented technology by Shengquan Group. The materials are environmentally friendly and degradable, and the protection time is twice that of ordinary masks, which is an international initiative.
On April 8th, the donation ceremony was held at the Pakistan Embassy in Beijing. The Ambassador, H. E. Ms. Naghmana A. Hashmi, the Founder of SRCA, Mr. Sanyuan, and Mr. Tang Diyuan, President of Shengquan Group, attended the ceremony.
The Ambassador expressed her gratitude for the assistance from various sectors of China to Pakistan. These efforts, sacrifices, contributions and generosity have made Pakistan's war against the epidemic carried out smoothly. In the course of China’s fight against the epidemic, Pakistan poured out its medical material inventory to help China. The President of Pakistan paid a state visit during the epidemic, while foreign ministers and various ministers also sent condolences to China at the first time. No matter in the past, present or future, Pakistan is a good friend of China in all situations.
On April 9, SRCA united Shandong Shengquan Group donated masks at the Malaysian Embassy in China. The Ambassador of Malaysia to China, H.E. Mr. RajaDato’ Nushirwan Zainal Abidin agreed with the work done by SRCA on the "Healthy Silk Road. At the same time, he also thanked Shandong Shengquan Group for the donation and would like to visit the Shenquan on site some day in the future and create opportunities for exchanges with its counterparts in Malaysia.
On May 6, at the donation ceremony, the Deputy Director of the Embassy of Italy in China, Mr. Emanuele de Maigret, thanked Shangdong Shenquan Group for its donations and expressed that the selfless help from all walks of life in China to Italy's fight against the epidemic would be remembered by the Italian people. Mr. Maigret especially thanked SRCA for its active contribution to the fight against the epidemic in Italy, and said that the Embassy of Italy in China will continue to strengthen further cooperation with SRCA to promote practical cooperation between the two countries in many fields, such as cultural and health.
